It even has the Black Battery Sleeve which is missing on most of these. The Sleeve is in mint condition This toy has both a Wind-Up and Electronic function. Both the wind-up mechanism and the Electronic Lights and Buzzers work. When the toy was new, you wound the key and the map (on a set of four (4) Rollers" moves past the viewer.
