On this one, that included the First Lady of the United States and "golden passes".This item was a VIP gift to attendees at the promotional "first passenger flight" of the Pan Am Yankee Clipper held at the dock at the Anacostia Naval Air Station located in southeastern Washington, D.C. on March 3, 1939. President Franklin Roosevelt's wife, Eleanor, did the honors.This bronze (probably) pass is a heavy seven ounces and is approximately 3.5 inches x 2.5 inches and 3/16 inches thick. About the size of a business card. It feels very heavy in the hand. No, it's not gold!
